Kathmandu ,the capital of Nepal is linked by air with Delhi, Bombay, Calcutta, Varnasi (India), Dhaka (Bangladesh), Paro (Bhutan), Karachi (Pakistan), Bangkok (Thailand), Sanghai (China) ,Osaka (Japan) ,Hongkong, Singapore, Dubai, Paris, Frankfurt, London, Vienna, Doha and Lhasa (from April to October) . Our National carrier Royal Nepal Airlines and other airlines- Indian Airlines, Bangladesh Biman, Pakistan International Airways, Thai International Airways, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa German Airlines, Druk Air & Aeroflot has regular flights to Kathmandu linking the aforesaid cities by air.

Visitor may also enter Nepal by surface from India and the entry points are Kakarbhitta, Birgunj, Sunauli, Nepalgunj, Jamuna, Dhangadi, Monana, Mahendranagar, Ghaduchowki and Kodari from Tibet.
