TBT # 03: 7 NIGHTS/ 8 DAYS (FLY IN/FLY OUT)

• Day 01:
  Fly Kathmandu-Lhasa by flight SZ 408.
  Upon arrival at Gonggar airport meet, assist and transfer to Hotel at Lhasa 90 km away.
  Rest of the day at leisure to rest and acclimatize.
• DAY 02-04:
  Three fulldays will be spent in Lhasal, the religious, cultural and economic center of Tibet. Sightseeing will include:
  • Potal Palace
  • Norbulingkha Summer Palace
  • Drepung Monastery
  • Jokhang Temple
  • Barkhor bustling Market
  • Sera Monastery
  • Ganden Monastery
• Day 05:
  After breakfast, take the southern route driving along the fabled turquoise Yamdrok Lake and along the fortress city of Gyantse reach Shigastse in the evening.
• Day 06:
  Full day at Shigatse
• Day 07:
  After breakfast, take the northern route to Lhasa, driving along Dagzhuka and Yangbajiain go through Xugula pass at 17, 600 ft. above the level with scenery varying from snowcaps to rocky desert and grassland and arrive at Lhasa in the evening. Overnight at Lhasa.
• Day 08:
  Departure transfer to Gonggar airport, 90 kms away from Lhasa.
