He had joined Nepalese Travel Trade back in November 1977 serving in key positions like Manager Tours & General Manager in leading Travel Agencies in Nepal during his past tenure. Has attended several annual Travel events like TAAI, ITB Berlin, CBR Muenchen, Reisen Hamburg, PATA Marts and so on regularly. Has been actively involved in Sales and Marketing & Tourism promotion of Nepal. Since opening of IT & T back in 1996, he has been successful in brining new accounts like Travelogue, Argentina; TC Associates, Argentina; ITM, Germany; Australia, Germany; RT-Reisen, Germany; Miller Reisen, Germany; Nomadic Expeditions, USA etc. and negotiations are on with many more reputed Tour Operators abroad who are not operating tour to Nepal. IT & T has made very significant progress during past 3 years because of his vast knowledge in Nepalese Travel Trade and cordial business relationship with local Hotels, Airlines and reputed tour operators abroad alike. There were several articles published on IT & T, its objective of carrying out Community Works and him in reputed German News Papers and Magazine like Sueddeutsche Zeitung, Geo & FVW International all in Germany. His interview with Munich Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) regarding IT & T and its objective as mentioned above was broadcasted by MBC in whole of October 1996. Under his able leadership and commitment of Community Works through tourism business, IT & T has achieved significant progress and heading toward bright future.
