Kathmandu Valley
Kathmandu valley having an exotic setting at an altitude of 1336m
where the capital of the country is located. It is surrounded by ring of green mountain
wall. The valley covers area of 281 sq. miles. Three main towns - Kathmandu , Patan and
Bhadgaon of great historic, artistic and cultural interest are located here. Also the only
international airport of the country "Tribhuvan International Airport" is
located in Kathmandu valley.
